These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Prime Longevity Labs, operated by Longevity Engg Pvt Ltd(“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Prime Longevity Labs is an AI tool to help you understand your health information better. We are not clinicians or doctors, and the product is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
1. Accepting these Terms
By accessing or using Prime Longevity Labs, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the product. If you use the product on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for them.
2. The service
Prime Longevity Labs provides tools for uploading, organizing, and understanding health and blood-report information, including AI-assisted summaries and comparisons. The service is currently provided free of charge. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued as the product develops.
3. Not medical advice
The product does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or monitor any disease. It does not replace a doctor, clinician, laboratory, or emergency service. Do not use the product for emergencies or to delay seeking medical care. Always have health questions, abnormal results, medication decisions, and treatment decisions reviewed by a qualified healthcare professional.
AI-generated outputs may contain mistakes, may not reflect the latest medical guidance, and may not account for your complete medical history. You are responsible for how you use the information.
4. Your information and permissions
You must have the right to upload or provide any report, wearable information, or other content you submit. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
By submitting information, you give us permission to process it as needed to operate the product, provide requested analysis, maintain security, and improve the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the service for an unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
- upload information belonging to another person without permission;
- attempt to access another user’s account or data;
- interfere with, probe, or circumvent product security;
- reverse engineer or copy the service except where permitted by law;
- use automated systems to abuse or overload the service; or
- treat product output as professional medical advice.
6. WhatsApp communications
If you provide your phone number and give consent through the lead form, you agree that Prime Longevity Labs may send transactional and promotional messages through WhatsApp. You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and for using the WhatsApp channel lawfully. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting prashants2015@email.iimcal.ac.in.
You must not misuse the WhatsApp channel, impersonate another person, submit someone else’s number without permission, or use the channel to send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content. Complaints and grievances can be raised using the Contact Us details.
7. Ownership
The Company owns or licenses the product, software, brand, design, documentation, and related intellectual property. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product for its intended purpose.
You retain rights in information you submit, subject to the permissions needed for us and our service providers to operate the product.
8. Third-party services
The product may rely on third-party services such as Supabase, Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, Google Analytics, and Ahrefs Analytics. Their availability, policies, and terms may apply to the relevant functionality. WhatsApp is a third-party communications platform. We are not responsible for third-party misuse, delivery failures, outages, account restrictions, security incidents, content, or availability outside our reasonable control.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a useful and reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every output will be complete or accurate. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, including for maintenance, security, or product development.
10. Free service
Prime Longevity Labs is currently a free product. There are no paid plans, subscriptions, cancellation charges, or refund terms at this time. If paid features are introduced, additional terms will be provided before they apply to those features.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the product is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the product will meet your needs or that AI-generated information will be accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular decision.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for decisions made based on product output. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create a security or legal risk, or use the product in a way that could harm the Company, other users, or the service. You may stop using the product at any time.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Haryana, India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Haryana, India will have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable law.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Where required, we will notify users through the product, email, or another reasonable channel. Continued use of the product after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
