This Privacy Policy explains how Longevity Engg Pvt Ltd(“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operating Prime Longevity Labs, collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our website and product.
Prime Longevity Labs is an AI tool that helps you understand your health information better. It is not operated by clinicians and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency advice.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the product, we may collect:
- Account and contact information: such as your name, email address, phone number, and information you provide in messages or support requests.
- Blood-report and health information: including uploaded reports, biomarker results, reference ranges, dates, health-profile information, and related notes.
- Wearable information: if you connect or upload it, including Apple Health or Apple Watch-related activity, sleep, workout, and health metrics.
- Technical and usage information: such as device, browser, page, and product usage information collected through essential session technologies and analytics tools.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide, secure, and improve Prime Longevity Labs;
- store and display your reports and health-related information;
- generate AI-assisted explanations and longitudinal analysis;
- respond to support requests and communicate about the product;
- understand website usage and improve performance; and
- prevent abuse, investigate errors, and comply with applicable law.
3. AI-assisted analysis
If you use an AI analysis feature, the information needed to produce that analysis may be sent to configured AI service providers, including Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT), and xAI (Grok). This may include report measurements, reference ranges, dates, and selected health profile information. We use these services to return analysis to you; we do not sell your health information or share it for advertising.
AI-generated information can be incomplete or inaccurate. You should discuss health questions and decisions with a qualified clinician.
4. Service providers and analytics
We use service providers to operate the product. Depending on the feature, these may include:
- Supabase: authentication, database, and storage for product information and health data.
- Anthropic, OpenAI, and xAI: AI-assisted analysis when you request it.
- Google Analytics: website usage measurement and product improvement.
- Ahrefs Analytics: website performance and usage measurement.
These providers process information on our behalf or as described in their own policies. Their privacy policies include Supabase, Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, Google, and Ahrefs.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We may use essential cookies or similar technologies to support authentication, security, and session functionality. Google Analytics and Ahrefs Analytics may use cookies, local storage, or similar identifiers to measure website usage. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although disabling essential cookies may affect product functionality.
6. WhatsApp communications and consent
If you provide a phone number through our lead form and check the consent box, you agree to receive transactional and promotional messages from Prime Longevity Labs through WhatsApp. Messages may include product updates, waitlist or account communications, and information about the service.
Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a WhatsApp message or by contacting us at prashants2015@email.iimcal.ac.in. You may also contact us to raise a complaint or grievance about communications.
7. Storage location and retention
The Company configures its primary product data storage in India. Some service providers, including AI and analytics providers, may process information in other countries according to their own infrastructure and policies.
Our stated retention period for health data and blood reports is up to90 days. We may retain limited account, security, support, or legally required records for longer where necessary.
8. Sharing and sale of information
We do not sell your personal information or health data. We do not share it for third-party advertising. We share information only with service providers needed to operate the product, when you request a feature such as AI analysis, when you direct us to do so, or when required to protect rights, safety, security, or comply with law.
9. Your choices and requests
You may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information associated with your account. We will assess and respond to requests subject to applicable law, security requirements, and records we are required to retain.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please avoid uploading information you are not authorized to share.
11. Children and age
Prime Longevity Labs does not currently impose a minimum age restriction. If local law requires parental or guardian consent for a person to use the product or provide health information, that consent must be obtained before use.
12. Legal compliance
We intend to handle personal information in accordance with applicable data-protection and other laws in India, including requirements that apply to health information and electronic communications. We also follow applicable Meta and WhatsApp data-handling requirements for WhatsApp communications. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date.
